Security Culture is more than Awareness

Teaser Image

A high level of security maturity in a company depends heavily on a positive security culture.

To develop a company’s security culture, it is not enough to roll out a standard e-learning course for all employees and publish a few news articles on the intranet to increase awareness.

The topic of security must be anchored in the day-to-day work of employees with target group-specific measures from management to specialists. Targeted measures will increase the effectiveness of the measures.

In this seminar, you will learn what constitutes a positive security culture. What are the signs of problems in the security culture and what types of measures are available to increase maturity.

Seminar contents

  • What is a lived positive security culture
  • How can I assess my security culture using a maturity model
  • Why e-learning is not enough for everyone
  • What other means are there to further develop my security culture e.g. Security Champions
